    The GoPro Helmet cam is a neat little toy to add to your motorsports arsenal.  The video is not production grade by any means but if you a looking for a way to product some good you tube videos for a reasonable price the GoPro Helmet Cam will fit the bill.  I bought the GoPro Helmet Cam with the wide angle and it does a real nice job of capturing everything. This helmet cam also has low distortion and excellent white balance.  The GoPro Helmet Cam is also one of the only truly waterproof cams on the market which is a nice feature since I but my toys through hell.

    The go pro is a solid Helmet Cam.  Snow is finally melting around here and I just got back from my first trip with the GoPro Hero.  I was worried that the video would be really choppy since the GoPro is one of the cheaper helmet cams on the market but it actually turned out very nice.  If you are looking for a helmet cam that can be used in a variety of situations you should take a hard look at the GoPro Helmet Cam.

    Its hard to knock the GoPro Hero Helmet Camera since its so inexpensive next to some of the other helmet cameras on the market.  The GoPro Hero is light weight,  water proof and shock resistant so it is great for a wide variety of sports.  The sound quality on the GoPro Hero helmet camera is pretty bad but I dont really care since I normally set my vids to music.  I wish the GoPro Hero Helmet Camera had a view screen so I could quickly tell if I captured a good shot or not.   I still would recommend to anyone looking for an entry level helmet camera.

    The GoPro Hero  Helmet Camera is a pretty solid little package.  I wasnt quite sure what to expect but I saw that Josh Hill who is a factory Yamaha rider wears it and produces some amazing video.  I am way into motocross and trail riding in northern Michigan so I needed a helmet camera that can stand up to the elements and so far the GoPro Hero Helmet Cam delivers.  The price of the GoPro Hero is fair but all of the free accessories that come with the helmet camera bundle make this a great turnkey set up.  I was really torn between the VIO POV.1 but for the money I think I made the right choice.

    Hi There.  I recently bought the GoPRO helmet camera and I have to be honest that I thought it was too cheap to produce quality video.  I thought at best I could get some low grade youtube style helmet cam video to show my friends and family.  I am happy to report that the GoPro Hero Helmet camera actually turns out some nice video.  It also seems like the new wide angle lens on the GoPro Hero really helps with the choppiness associated with some other helmet cam systems.  For my money if you are a weekend warrior wanted to capture so cool video you cant beat the GoPro Hero Helmet Camera.
